Aboriginal Welcoming Space; Hervey Bay

The Fraser Coast Libraries have been working on creating an Aboriginal Welcoming Space at the Hervey Bay Branch. The libraries were lucky enough to get a visit from Butchulla artist Deidrie Gordon. Her artwork is a representation of childhood events and she is delighted to have it displayed in this space. We will be adding more items to this area over the coming months and are excited to have this beautiful display at this branch.
